Knife + Fork opened in May 2006 and has established itself with an award winning 6 course tasting menu priced at only $45. Chef Damien Brassel has created a warm and welcoming environment offering an adventurous, yet approachable menu resulting in a truly affordable culinary adventure. Building off the success of the 6 course tasting menu, Chef Brassel has added a 3 course menu for $24 available nightly until 7pm, a Sunday night only vegetarian 4 course menu for $38 and now tasting plates at the bar for $8 each. All tasting menus can be paired with wines selected by the chef. |
